Grown at a high altitude, and also known as “Strictly Hard Bean”, this Arabica coffee is noted for its bright, delicate taste, with a tangy aroma, and a soft sweet aftertaste. Alone, a brilliant coffee, but it is also valued greatly for blending with other beans.

While known for its clean taste, Costa Rica Biasetti is more complex than typically described. Beans are grown in high altitudes by specially-skilled farmers. This attention to detail can be tasted in every sip - subtle hints of berry and citrus enhance the coffee's natural acidity and plays into its traditional clean appeal. These beans thrive in Costa Rica’s consistent climate andpeak during the dry season between December and April. Costa Rican beans are grown in humus rich volcanic soil, creating an unforgettable and unique cup of coffee.
