CafeVivo Requirements
1. To Process an Application for a New Account:
- We must have your name, street address, billing information, and other identifying information.
- It must be accurately completed.
- It must be verifiably correct.

Benefits & Restrictions
Your Reserved Shipment: If you are pleased with CafeVivo first month coffee selection, do nothing and a standard shipment of consumers choice (## lbs. total) of a new selection of coffee will be shipped to you approximately one month later. You will then receive a shipment once every 4 weeks unless we receive other instructions from you. You may cancel any shipment you do not wish to receive.
Your Offer Satisfaction Is Guaranteed: If you are not completely satisfied with CafeVivo, you may cancel your membership at any time and keep the free gift.
If you wish you may change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. Just call 949-625-2560 or email support@cafevivo.com and a Member Services Representative will be happy to assist you.
Convenient Billing: Prices of coffees are $15.95 per pound, plus shipping and handling. You may choose the option to pay by e-check or have each shipment conveniently billed to your credit card. Coffee prices are subject to change.
Free Samples: We want you to experience everything CafeVivo has to offer. From time to time, we'll treat you to free samples of our other distinctive coffees by including them in your shipments.
No Commitment. Ever: There is no obligation to continue as a member. You may cancel your membership and stop your shipments at any time simply by notifying us by mail or phone.
All initial, monthly membership charges for CafeVivo services will be automatically charged to your credit card or debit card, or any other form of payment that you specified upon membership enrollment.
Limitations and Restrictions
CafeVivo reserves the right to substitute a free gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded. Please be assured that your satisfaction is guaranteed or you may return the item for a complete refund.
